A month before the end of 2024, we visit five shows that offer unique perspectives on the past and present of Korean art. Chun Kyun-Ja's centennial exhibition introduces us to the life and work of one of the world's most free-spirited female artists. "Tik Tok" is another show which aims to bridge the gap between high Buddhist concepts about the nature of reality and everyday entertainment. Lastly, we take a look at Moon Jars and other ceramics that merge traditional cultural symbols such as Hanji and literati aesthetics.
